Hey Madison! Welcome to our new site. It’s designed to be a slice of what you experience at our restaurants—a fun, friendly place to unwind and enjoy “la dolce vita.” But it’s more than just a new website to us; in many ways it signals the next generation of The Roman Candle. In the next few months we’re gearing up to bring some exciting news to the loyal Roman Candle community. Come along for the ride!
What else have we been up to lately? A few highlights:
In June we opened Sparkler, our new restaurant in the new Madison Children’s Museum (MCM). Now you can catch the Roman Candle vibe just off the Capital Square! Sparkler offers pizza by the slice, pasta dishes, salads, and new kid-friendly snacks made with quality, locally sourced ingredients. We didn’t forget about dessert—we serve eight flavors of Chocolate Shoppe ice cream too! We’re thrilled for the opportunity to bring our product to the community in this state-of-the-art institution.
In July you voted us Best Pizza in the 2011 Madison Magazine Readers Poll for the sixth year in a row! Thanks for showing us love—we owe it all to you!
