We applaud the “Slow Food” movement. The attention to detail; the sourcing of high quality, local ingredients; the focus on quality over quantity—you’re preaching to the choir when it comes to that. But The Roman Candle takes a slightly different path to get there.

Believe us, nobody likes a three-hour dinner more than we do, but this is America. We run a bit faster than most. That’s why we call what we do “Slow-Down” food. As in there’s nothing better at the end of a hectic day than a finely crafted brew and a well-loved, handmade pizza. So slow down, stop, and smell the romano at any of our convenient Candle locations.
