Ok, true story: two of our staff are in an ongoing kitchen war over how to best make our Pestoral pizza. One says the tomato goes under the cheese, the other says the ripe tomatoes go on top. They throw down about this every chance they get, and as responsible management, we say, “May the very best pizza win!”
