Good neighbors make great pizza.

Ever wake up in a chain restaurant and have no idea what city, state or even country you’re in? Same décor, same menu, same freshly scrubbed high-schooler serving you? Stepford called and it wants its food back. Yikes.

The Roman Candle philosophy is pretty simple: be who you are—where you are. And our restaurants reflect this from multi-pierced head to toe-ringed toe. We have our staff wear standard T-shirts for only one reason: so you can tell they’re staff. After all, few things are more embarrassing than trying to order from a fellow guest.

At The Roman Candle, we’re part of the community, and the community’s part of us. You can see it in our restaurants–each one’s a reflection of its immediate environs–and our menus–each varies to match the tastes of its neighborhood.

Willy Street, Middleton, Fitchburg—Want to know what the area’s like? To get the real flavor of the neighborhood, stop by its Roman Candle for a taste.
